Devya X-Ray
Overview
Devya X-Ray audits a company's codebase, infrastructure and delivery practices against a maturity framework of 114 practices across seven pillars, from agile delivery and requirements to security, reliability and AI-native engineering. It starts with a free self-serve snapshot of about fifteen minutes; the full review then checks every self-reported claim against the actual code, with each finding quoted to a file and line.
The Challenge
A self-assessment of engineering health tells leadership what the team believes rather than what the code shows, and an audit that stops at interviews never opens the repository.
Our Solution
A two-week engagement: self-assessment and code review in week one, a validation workshop with the team and the delivered report in week two. Access is read-only and code is never copied. The output is a code-verified report, a board-ready PDF and a prioritised 90-day roadmap — with an optional remediation phase and a re-X-Ray to prove the change.
Results
Live at xray.devya.dev in English and Arabic. The snapshot is free with no card or call; the Full X-Ray is a fixed 25,000 EGP.
